So, I’m settling in to my apartment.  I got my washer and dryer on Friday… sitting side by side you could barely get the dryer door open because of a pipe coming from the air handler.  Luckily they are stackable, well I didn’t know I needed a stacking kit.  Well, I found the stacking kit, but it was only available in Burlington, not that far, so I got the kit.  I got the dryer stacked on top of the washer and then found out that the power cord for the dryer was too short, but only by a little (how depressing)!!  No regular stores carry a dryer power cord longer than 6′ and of course appliance part stores aren’t open on the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday to get a longer power cord.   But I got the cord and everything now works, so it’s great!  I finally got to wash clothes!!!  I was so happy.  I’ve got a few more boxes left to unpack, but I hope to have that finished soon.

On another note, I have so many other things on my mind.  Not to mention tomorrow is Valentine’s Day…
